What the site does
People advertise used car transporter trailers, box trailers, horse trailers, motorbike trailers, utility and camping trailers, tipper trailers, catering trailers, boat and jet ski trailers, livestock trailers, plant trailers, flatbed trailers and trailer tents for sale here, and buyers find them and get in touch with the seller.
Listing is free.
A sale is between the buyer and the seller
We don't own, inspect or sell any trailer advertised here, and we don't take payments. Any contract for a trailer is between the buyer and the seller. We are not part of it.
Sellers write their own adverts. We don't check who owns a trailer, its history or its condition. See the trailer and its papers yourself before you pay, and never pay for a trailer you have not seen. Buying safely sets out what to check.
If you buy from a private seller, the law says the trailer must match its description and must be theirs to sell. It does not have to be of satisfactory quality. A seller who sells as a business owes you more.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what is posted from your account. If you think someone else has used it, email [email protected].
The rules
When you use the site you agree to follow the acceptable use rules, the listing terms and the listing content standards.
We can remove an advert, a message or other content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or the law. Content moderation explains how, and how to appeal.
Your content
You keep the rights in what you post. Intellectual property explains what you let us do with it.
Our responsibility
We don't promise the site will always be available or without errors. We are not responsible for any trailer, for what an advert says, or for anything a buyer and seller agree.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not let us limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
