We will look into it and reply by email with what we found and what we have done.
What you can complain about
- How the site works or how we treated you.
- An advert, a message or a user that breaks our rules. You can also use report a problem.
- A decision to remove your content or close your account. Content moderation explains appeals.
- How we handle your personal data. See privacy.
Problems with a trailer
A sale is between the buyer and the seller, so we can't settle a dispute about a trailer or order a refund. Tell us if you think an advert was a scam or broke our rules. For advice on your rights, see the Citizens Advice website.

If your complaint is about personal data, you can take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
